Forgotten Allies – Part 2 (Wednesday 19th of October, 8pm Game Time)
Summary from part 1 RP:
Must have been one of longest events as, due to everyones fantastic particpation, it lasted over 3 hours!
The Scourgelord led a direct assault against the small Orc camp that had secured the Orb or Arugal. However, upon the Death Knights meeting with Betruger, they were informed that the Argent Crusade had already entered the camp to begin purging the artefact.
With little time to lose the group set out to attack the outpost. A fierce battle soon followed but, with sheer strength and skill, the group was able to defeat the Orcs and soon encounted their leader: Commander Threlmoore Bladedge. The Orc demanded a one-on-one battle with the Scourgelord but, in utter contempt of the living, the Scourgelord ordered his Death Knights to fight the commander instead.
The killing blow was landed by Zhuyan who took the Orc leaders soul into her runeblade.
The Scourgelord then led the assault on the camps gates, the group easily defeating the six Argent Crusade warriors that rallied to defend the entrance. Once inside the camp the group was soon surrounded by a wall of holy fire preventing them from going any further.
A Paladin stepped out from atop a small cliff and seemed to be very confident the damned could not progress further. She began charing a massive Holy Wrath spell to destroy the group however, with sheer strength and command of their schools, some members of the group managed to break through the Holy Wall and attack the Paladin directly, killing her in process.
Again Zhuyan stole the soul for her own purposes.
Betruger rushed forward as the camp lay in flames and corpses towards the alter where the orb lay… and yet when the group approached Betruger was in a state of rage: after all the fighting the orb was no where to be seen.
As questions were shot between the Scourge, a lone Blood Elf rogue suddenly came into view on the cliff above them. Holding the orb in clear sight the elf issued a taunt to the Scourgelord, blaming him for the loss of Quel’Thalas many years ago. Before the Scourge could destroy the elf he vanished, whispering the words: “Ravenholdt sends its regards…”
Part 2 RP –
This RP will take place on the 19th of October at 8pm Game Time and will form part 2 of our 4 part storyline around the formation of the new Wolfcult. Forgotten Allies part 2 will feature the following:
- An attack against the Death Knights base in Zuk’Drak by assassins of Ravenholdt led by the blood elf from the Scourgelords past.
- The introduction of one new character (Who can be killed there and then depending on the situation)
- The name of the Blood Elf who holds the orb is revealed
- Many, many new twists and surprises!
- Discovery of a plot by the Argent Crusade to remove the new “True” Scourge threat from Zul’Drak.
